Sarfraz Musawir is one of Pakistan’s most celebrated contemporary watercolor painters. Holding a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Sindh alongside a First Class Diploma in Fine Art from the Karachi School of Art, his unique background balances analytical precision with deep fluid expression. Renowned for his atmospheric cityscapes, architectural landmarks, and spiritual Sufism portraits, Musawir uses thin layers of wash on high-contrast backgrounds to construct quiet, contemplative environments that stand as timeless monuments to Pakistani heritage.
