The Brown Sahib” explores how colonial-era titles continue to shape identity, class, and race in South Asia. Drawing from Farang-e-Asfia, I recontextualize these terms through satirical imagery, juxtaposing Mughal figures with colonial labels to highlight the tension between inherited power and imposed absurdity.
