Faiza Taufique earned her MFA degree in fine arts from Punjab University college Of arts and design. Lahore based visual artist and received award in 2019 in 33rd annual and 16th national Exhibition from artist association of Punjab. She exhibited several times in the Young artist Exhibition at Alhamra art gallery Lahore. She exhibited many group shows all over Pakistan. The technique she is using are lines with watercolours on paper. Through texture with lines work to communicate with the viewers. She is interested in the beauty and complexity of the natural world especially its patterns which are inspired from fingerprints creating a sense of energy and movements yet also maintaining a sense of balance within her work. STATEMENT I AM INTERESTED IN THE BEAUTY AND COMPLEXITY OF THE NATURAL WORLD. NATURE IS NOT ONLY ALL THAT IS VISIBLE TO THE EYE… IT ALSO INCLUDES THE INNER PICTURE OF THE SOUL. NATURE HAS ALWAYS CONCEALED COUNTLESS MEANINGS AND EXPRESSIONS OF BEAUTY WITH ALL HER MOODS. IT IS BLUE, IT IS GREEN, AND IT IS IN EVERY COLOR AND EVEN WITHOUT ANY. NATURE REMAINED FREE IN ITS NATURE AND WE HAVE TO EXPLORE THE TRUE OBJECT OF OUR SOULS AFTER SYNCHRONIZING IT WITH IT. IN THIS EXPLORATION, I FIND FACES OF DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS TURNED TO DIVERSE DIRECTIONS AND PURSUING THEIR OWN DESTINY. LINEARITY IS WHAT THAT LINKS MY OWN INDIVIDUALITY WITH ALL THE OBJECTS THAT I HAVE PRESENTED IN MY WORK
